Both of these certificates will move a builder down the road in a big hurry when it comes to pulling permits; I was asked for both of them at the time I was going through it.I have home plans that were drawn up by an architect for a very nice home. Anyone buying the lot would be welcome to the plans as well. Most probably they would not be because our family was so large. The plans were drawn to conform to the grading plan that was engineered by AZ Tech so I am not sure how much anyone would be interested. Most people have their own ideas about what they would develop. Anyway, it's there to look at.Believe it or not there is a possibility of connecting to public water if you don't want to install a well and pump. When I invesitgated it, the county told me that the connection charge would be somewhere around $11,
