With over 20 years of Real Estate experience, Aaron began his career in NYC as an rental agent for one of New York's largest leasing agencies. After excelling as the top agent almost every month during his first five years in the industry and setting many company commission records, Aaron transitioned into property management with AvalonBay Communities, contributing to their most successful lease-up at their Long Island City, NY location. During his time with AvalonBay, Aaron won many awards for customer service and excellence. While with AvalonBay, Aaron decided to further his real estate studies and pursue his Masters in Real Estate Finance at the prestigious Shack Institute at New York University. At NYU, he founded the NYU Real Estate Entrepreneurs and Investors Group, which is actively thriving to this day and was VP of the Student Association and the Social Committee. Aaron then moved to Nashville where he expanded his horizons into property development, eventually founding the successful Listening Room Café, a popular local music venue.
Following Nashville, Aaron moved back to NYC, where his love of travel inspired him to purchase a 35-year-old travel and event company, catering to mature singles and gourmet food. After welcoming his first child in 2018, Aaron decided to get back into Real Estate, working for a small boutique firm in New York's popular East Village where he once again immediately became the firms top Agent setting various company records in deals per month, deals per week and agent commission earned. With a growing family not suitable for the Manhattan experience, Aaron decided to move his family to the West Coast for the great weather and SoCal lifestyle. Aaron's mantra is to find the ‘highest and best use' for his clients at EVERY property he looks at. In his spare time, you can find him travelling, trying a new restaurant, enjoying poker, researching cryptocurrency, developing real estate, or hanging out with his dog Dylan, wife Juliane and super cute baby, Elliot.
